Countryside Classroom

We are delighted that Grow Your Own Playground has become a partner in The Countryside Classroom.

Countryside Classroom helps teachers to find resources, places to visit and school support relating to the themes of food, farming and the natural environment. We aim to inspire and enable teachers to use food, farming and the natural environment more often, in and out of the classroom, because we want all children to have the opportunity to learn about and experience these essential topics

Orchard’s Makeover

Orchard Primary school’s garden has been given a makeover with the help of some fantastic volunteers from L&Q and Morgan Sindall. Thank you all so much for all your work and the funding to help us achieve creating a fantastic new garden area which is perfect for our outdoor learning workshops. The gazebo is a very welcome addition as it allows our lessons to run outside no matter the weather!
